After writing my first post on books i recommend, i thought i would give a list of non-fiction books as well (although i don’t have many of them):

  • If you like cute comics, try “Simon’s Cat” which explores the activities of a mischievous little cat.
  • If you like comics but fancy something a bit more adult and humourous, try any of the books from the “Cyanide and Happiness” collection.
  • If you are a fan of “The Bunny Suicides” series, maybe try “Great Lies to Tell Small Kids” also by Andy Riley.
  • If you are into self-help, “The Little Book of Confidence” by Susan Jeffers is worth a look, as it’s full of little tips and advice on how to feel more in control of your life.
  • If you are into language and linguistics, try “The Fight For English” by David Crystal, which explores the development of the English Language. Or the “Cambridge Encyclopedia of the English Language” also by Crystal, which has everything you could want to know about the English Language in it.
  • If you liked the TV series “Friends”, try the tie-in book “Friends… til the End”. (One of my favourites!)
This is all i can recommend at the moment, as i don’t have as many non-fiction books as fiction! But i am hoping to buy Lady Gaga x Terry Richardson’s book about the crazy popstar herself as it looks interesting!
