February Book Challenge – DAY 24

Book that contains your favorite scene

Wow, that’s a great question! Difficult though, as i don’t really have one! I tend to like the really sad scenes in books, so the one i’ve chosen is in “The Amber Spyglass” by Philip Pullman, where Lyra has to leave her dæmon, Pantalaimon, behind when she goes to the world of the dead. It is truly heart-wrenching stuff reading about how she struggles to separate herself from him but not wanting to leave him alone.
