Today’s question: Is there a book in which the ending disappointed you?
“Eat, Pray, Love” by Elizabeth Gilbert
- A few books i have read had disappointing endings. “Eat, Pray, Love” is one particular one which i was disappointed in. Obviously, eventually she has to go back home after her adventures in new and exciting places, but surely you can’t expect the magical experiences to linger once you return back home to your familiar and mundane life. The book ends a bit abruptly, and the story fizzles out rather pathetically.
